Kindergarten Enrolment
Enrolments are now open for Kindy 2024 (children born between 01 July 2019 and 30 June 2020). Applications are open until Friday 21 July 2023.
2023 Kindy Information Booklet
Step 1
Fill out the Application for Enrolment,http://www.yanchep.wa.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Application-Form.pdf return it to the office along with the following documents:
• Birth Certificate
•Passport and visa (if not born in Australia)
•Proof of address x2 (must be a utility bill eg: Gas, Electricity or Water account or purchase or lease agreement)
•MyGov Immunisation Record (not more than 2 months old)
•Copies of Family Court or any other court order (if applicable)
•Information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable)
Step 2:
Once an enrolment application has been received and assessed, a letter of acceptance will be emailed home.
Step 3:
If you have an offer of a place and want to accept it, visit the school to complete the enrolment process.
Kindergarten is not a compulsory year, so classes and numbers will be capped once they are full and a waitlist will be started.
With the fluctuating COVID restrictions, we still cannot confirm whether our Tiny Tots class can run this year. Tiny Tots is usually held once a week and parents attend with their child/ren and bring along a piece of fruit to share and a gold coin donation (only families who live in our catchment area and have enrolled for Kindy 2023 are invited to attend).
You can print off the form from above or pick up a hard copy from our Front Office and return it with the relevant documentation. Forms can be emailed directly to vicki.raymond@education.wa.edu.au
