The following defines the local-intake area of this school from 2025:

From the intersection of Brazier Road and Capricorn Esplanade, north east along Brazier Road (south side included) to the intersection of Yanchep Beach Road and Two Rocks Road, east along Yanchep Beach Road (south side included) to the future Yanchep Rail Extension, south east along the Yanchep Rail Extension and continuing in a south eastern direction through the Ningana Bushland to the locality boundary between Yanchep and Eglinton, west along this locality boundary to Marmion Avenue, south along Marmion Avenue (west side included to the southern boundary of 350 Pipidinny Road, generally south west along this property boundary (included) to Pipidinny Road, west along Pipidinny Road (north side included) and its western extension to the Indian Ocean coastline, generally north west along the coastline to a point due west of the intersection of Brazier Road and Capricorn Esplanade, and east to the intersection of Brazier Road and Capricorn Esplanade.
